Educational
Background
I graduated from Faculty of Alsuns (Faulty of
Languages) Ain Shams University, with a major in English
language and minor in German. Then I attainted diploma in
English Linguistics, covering topics such as teaching-oriented
and discourse-related fields, like TEFL, language assessment,
discourse analysis and research methodologies. I also attained
a certificate in programming methods using Java 2 programming
language. During the period July - September 2004, I attended
a sequence of soft skills courses, including Creative
Thinking, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Negotiation
Skills, Research Methods and Writing Proposals, Team and Work
Groups and Communication Skills. Recently, I attended the
course "Training of Trainer".
Professional
Experience
During September 2004 August 2005, I gained
experience working as Junior Monitoring and Evaluation
Specialist and Junior Training and Web Developer Specialist in
Pathways to Higher Education Scholarship administration
office. In 2005, I joined Arabize, The Localization Company as
a junior localiser. As a team member, I participated in many
localisation projects in Technical, Medical, and Educational
areas. By August 2007, I became professional Technical Writer
and Content Management specialist. As part of my technical
writing career, I copywrite, edit and prepare material in
Technical and E-Government fields. I developed training
material for TILP CLP Regional Module and participated in the
material delivery. I also prepared and ędelivered training
sessions in professional and soft ęskill fields to new members
in Arabize.
