Educational Background

I come from an Arts background, with a BA in Applied Psychology and Sociology. Since graduating from University College Cork, I have completed a FAS course in Data communications and am a Microsoft Certified Professional in Network communications and NT4 client & Server.

Professional Experience

Currently I am a Localisation Test Manager for the Microsoft Mac Group in Ireland. I have been working with Microsoft for several years, initially starting as a Software engineer in test. I have worked on various projects during this time and have obtained a great deal of product knowledge and expertise testing Microsoft products. My skill set has been varied and exciting, I have had the opportunity to work on many technical areas within the  organisation including the digital media division and Home and entertainment division.  I have in-depth knowledge of the product life cycle, project management and QA management due to various projects throughout the years.
