Educational Background

I graduated from the Faculty of Computer & Information Sciences (Information Systems Department), Ain Shams University in 2004, I attended a Software Engineering Diploma from the ministry of communication for 1 year, and I am NCC (National Computer Center) Certified.

Professional Experience

I am a Senior Localization Engineer at Arabize The Localization Company; one of the leading providers of localization services in the Middle East, I am responsible for providing project teams with all the assistance and technical support that facilitate their work. Since 2006, I conducted training sessions at Arabize for newcomer engineers. I have also developed coaching skills in training junior staff.
