Educational Background

I am a graduate of Ain Shams University, Faculty of Arts, English Department. I choosed to join this faculty, because I love studying English Literature, and different techniques for translation. I graduated in 2006. I took many softskills courses afterwards like; Time Management, Mindmapping, NLP, and Creative thinking. I also took a TOT course which qualifies me to be a proffessional trainer. Moreover, I attended a series of training sessions that my company provides, which are relevant to localisation. Some of which are to master localisation and translation tools, others are relevant to localisation into Arabic Language.

Professional Experience

I have been working in the Localisation field as a translator for almost two years. I also worked as a technical writer within the same period. Moreover, I participated in some of the training courses that my company provides as a trainer. The Localisation field requires being updated and aware of new localisation and translation tools. Consequently, Participating in the CLP level 1 certification added much to my experience. .

I am a TILP member since May 2008 and achieved CLP Level 1 certification in July 2008.
