The Institute of Localisation Professionals (TILP) has the primary aim to develop professional practices in localisation globally. TILP is a non-profit organisation, owned by its members and lead by a Council elected at its Annual General Meeting.

Highlights
  • All session moderators are world-leading authorities in their field and Professional Members of The Institute of Localisation Professionals (TILP);
  • Set your own agenda – propose discussion topics and content directly to your session moderator;
  • Delegates are invited to discuss specific questions with the session moderators two weeks prior to the event using a special online discussion forum (forum is open to registered delegates only);
  • Events will be problem focused – not product focused;
  • Events will feature case-oriented discussions addressing real-world problems;
  • Events will take place in locations where professional meeting facilities are provided;
  • Registration fee includes refreshments and lunch.

Who should attend?

Ask the Expert sessions are aimed at localisation managers, engineers and linguists directly involved in the production of localised products and services. The ability to actively participate in and contribute to the discussions is a pre-requisite.

Information for participants

Registration is open to TILP members only. 
The registration fee for a one-day Ask the Expert session is 300 euro.
