TILP's first
breakfast meeting and roundtable took place on Thursday, 22nd May 2003, in
Dublin's Davenport Hotel. The event was supported by Euro RSCG, Europe's
largest interactive marketing agency, and attended by 20 localisation
professionals based in Ireland.
Kristin Berg,
Consulting Director at Euro RSCG (London), introduced the roundtable
discussion with a presentation entitled "Localisation??? - How to
position localisation right at the heart of the global information
society".
Kristin's
presentation and feedback from participants is now available.
TILP will also
publish a detailed report on the event and follow up on the discussions
during the meeting by establishing a special interest group on marketing
localisation.
